We found Stephanie through an Illinois realtor who agreed to vet realtors in the area to help sell our home. Several were contacted yet it was Stephanie that returned her calls, answered her questions satisfactorily and was eager to get our listing. When I say that- I mean there were a couple times we were texting each other after 10 pm and on weekends. The other part of this is that she was new to our market but didn’t hesitate to put herself and our house “out there” to get it sold- and that she did. Highly recommend.
